Win/Win is one of six different kinds of human interactions we may already be used to experiencing. The five other kinds of interactions are win-lose lose-win, lose-lose, win or simply put, “No Deal!”

Win-lose means that you are gaining ground at the expense of someone else. Lose-win is usually a strategy that dependent people will use (making themselves the victim in a way) just to keep the peace. Lose-lose is a kind of paradigm that some folks operate from which is basically a mentality that says, “If I am not allowed to have this then you aren’t either!” Win is that frame of mind that doesn’t think about other people having to lose and just leaves it up to them to find their own way.
