Not everyone is easily sold on the concept of win-win approaches or attitude. Many people find it difficult to believe that approaching personal or even business matters in this way is reasonably possible, let alone acceptable; tending to really put up a fight. However, once you (assuming you’ve adopted win-win as your personal philosophy) have demonstrated to them that you are sincere in working out a common goal, or solution, that is beneficial to both of you; a major contribution to your emotional bank account with them will have been made.
