Mr. Covey explains here that taking care of our body through exercise is a Quadrant Two activity that many people ignore until it becomes a Quadrant One activity/urgent situation. Stephen tells us that whether we think it’s important or not we should set up an exercise program that is based on our own particular preference as far as how we’d like our body to be.
